FROM BRADLEY. . .
Mindfulness goes both ways. . .
I value creativity, not only as a primary means of making sense and meaning in the world, but as a means of living my daily life. I want to share that depth of presence with everyone, and it is the foundation of my work as a coach and consultant.
The focus of our work together is listening: to ourselves, our bodies, our many voices, and our environments. Listening requires a dedication to being present, being mindful, and showing up for ourselves.
In my career as a theatre creator, performer, and technician, my favorite part of the work was in our creative process: the workshop, the rehearsal, the master class, where we created a safe space in which to play, explore, and dream things into being. Being focused on beauty and meaning in such a disciplined and trusting way elevated my daily life to what I can only compare to a sacred practice. It is in service to this unique technology of being that I started my coaching practice.
We all have access to these limitless reservoirs of creative energy, and when given the time, space, and means, anyone can experience the expansive process of deepening into themselves and the world. My coaching offers the chance to enter into this renewed relationship with yourself and your process.
